No, it’s open to anyone. The lessons are explained step by step; no prior yoga training required. A lot of our members are yoga teachers using it for personal practice or CEs, but most aren’t teachers.

Yes: 1.2 CEUs with Yoga Alliance upon completion (the same line that’s on the YI training page). For other CE bodies (NCTMB, PT/OT), check with your provider whether they accept Yoga Alliance hours.
